Inserting Fields, Triggers, Graphics and Signatures

After creating a Documaker document, entering its Documaker properties, and setting up any necessary resources, you can begin adding content into the document. This involves:

• inserting fields
• inserting triggers
• inserting graphics
• inserting signatures

Inserting a field, trigger, graphic or signature element into a Documaker document involves first selecting from list of available resources.

When you insert a resource into a Documaker document, it then becomes an element in that document which you can edit.

In addition to inserting these types of elements, you can also:

• define sections and paragraphs
• Insert any other required text or standard Word elements

Please note:

• Elements and resources are closely related, so it is important to understand them before adding elements to Documaker documents.
• You can enter comments into the properties of each element.
